Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Meridian Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Dallas, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • PMP or CAPM certification.
