Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Sable Housing manages affordable housing communities across Dallas. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
