Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Linden Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Dallas. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 300 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
