Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Dallas, TX)

Greenridge Cross Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Dallas. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving landfill records. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
