Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Drift Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
