Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Columbus, OH)

Silverline Ember Manufacturing is a Columbus manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
