Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Columbus, OH)

Summit Vale Staffing is a Columbus staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
