Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Columbus, OH)

Greenridge River Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
