Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove North Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Colorado Springs plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
