Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Bright Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Colorado Springs region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving timekeeping. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
