Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sable Manufacturing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
