Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Fernwood Sparrow Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Colorado Springs working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
