Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Cedar Ashton Legal Group is a law firm in Colorado Springs serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 567 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving intake forms. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
