Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing is a Colorado Springs manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
