Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Fern Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 502 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ticketing. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
