Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Union Health Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 233 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations.
