Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Stone Care Services supports families and individuals in Colorado Springs with personal care and coordination, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
