Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Nova Wilder Medical and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
