Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Nest Manufacturing Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 577 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
