Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Cleveland, OH)

Redstone Umber Hospitality Partners runs guest-focused properties across the Cleveland area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
