Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind Harbor Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Cincinnati, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
