Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Lantern Medical Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
