Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Keystone Hospitality is a hospitality company in Cincinnati with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 669 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
