Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meadow Manufacturing Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
