Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Clear Transit Planning and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
