Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Sable Staffing places workers with employers around Cincinnati, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 712 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
