Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Summit Construction and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
