Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Chicago, IL)

Highbridge Quarry Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
