Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Stone Freight Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 752 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
