Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Chicago, IL)

Fernwood Linden Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
