Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Chicago, IL)

Rivermark Linden Legal Group is a Chicago practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 412 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
