Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Corner Pharma and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory filings. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
