Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Oak Inspection Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 930 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
