Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Glen Facilities is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
