Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Charlotte, NC)

Bright Cross Hospitality is a hospitality company in Charlotte with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
