Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Charlotte, NC)

Rivermark Lantern Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Charlotte, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
