Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Bridge Care Services supports families and individuals in Charlotte with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
