Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Charleston, SC)

Northwind Meadow Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Charleston, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
