Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Charleston, SC)

Fernwood Thistle Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Charleston and nearby communities, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
