Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Charleston, SC)

Ironwood Wren Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Charleston design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
