Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Charleston, SC)

Stonegate Oak Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
