Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Northwind Thistle Pharma develops and makes medicines in Buffalo. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory filings. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
