Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Bright Bridge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Buffalo design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 640 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
