Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Meridian Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Buffalo, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
