Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Basin Health Group is a healthcare provider in Buffalo with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
