Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Cedar Juniper Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Buffalo working with agencies and riders, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
