Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Lumen Rook Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
