Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Nest Auto Group is a Boston company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
