Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Drift Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
