Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Boston, MA)

Nova Maple Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Boston. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders.
